Please be reminded that our products require a two- to three-week delivery time. All prices include shipping and handling fees, while the tax is charged upon each purchase. Please be advised that decorated items cannot be returned. If the product is blank, there is a 20% restocking fee and additional charges for freight.
If the buyer received the incorrect item, it might be due to a CT error. We can review the issue and send the replacement, but the original product does not have to be returned.
